Cooling off month. After last month's wonderful trip to Laos (Vientiane, Vang Vieng & Luang Prabang), and onwards to South-western China (Xishuangbana, Jingmai Mountains, Pu'er & Kunming), this first month of the new year was a slower eats month.
Still, we had some memorable eats such as:
A Michelin Guide clamps noodles, good dry-aged fried chicken & Iberico ribs by Chef Neeks, good take-away Siamese Laksa, traditional style Soong Yee fish, and close the month with a superb Chinese fine-dining at Elite Youmiqi. We also tried the new Ramen David and give thumbs up!
